The new system makes glycolic acid accessible to all skin types without compromising the efficacy of AHAs. The system combines glycolic acid with arginine, and the skin protectant allantoin; this reduces negative sensory effects such as the stinging and burning sensation sometimes experienced by women with sensitive skin.These benefits are obtained by controlling the speed of release and penetration of free acid molecules into the skin.
Arginine is an amino acid that has a positive effect on skin physiology by modifying the perception of irritation-triggering stimuli. Inspired by the contemporary elegance of the sleek white containers inside, the packaging is now white and coppery gold for Reversa UV products with sunscreen; white and pearl grey is used for all other Reversa formulas without sunscreen. The only ornamentation is a gold or
silver band.
